Return Eligibility: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return on selected products. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at contact@a2glifestyle.com We will arrange a pickup once your Return Request is Approved

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon received. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we'll promptly address the issue and initiate a return for your order or directly refund your amount.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage Claims: For customers claiming missing, damaged, or incorrect products, please follow these steps:

1. Record an Unboxing Video:
   • Before opening the package, record an unboxing video clearly showing the package exterior and any labels.
   • Unbox the product, emphasizing its condition, and check for damages or missing items.
   • Ensure the product name, packaging, and any defects are visible in the video.
2. Contact Us with Video Evidence:
   • Email us at contact@a2glifestyle.com. with the subject line: "Damage Claim - [Order Number]."
   • Attach the unboxing video and provide a detailed description of the issue.
3. Verification and Approval:
   • Our team will review the video and your claim in 24 Hour.
   • Upon approval, we will guide you on the return process or issue a replacement.

Important Notes:

• Unboxing videos must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.
• Ensure the video is clear and well-lit for accurate assessment.
• Claims without the required video evidence may not be eligible for returns or replacements.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for products like ammonia salt and chalk powder, Supplements.

Exchanges: For a quicker resolution, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped within India, you have the flexibility to return your order within 14 days Once the return approval is accepted from our Team. Conditions for return align with our standard eligibility criteria. Please review our policy for further details

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@a2glifestyle.com

In the event that a prepaid order is not accepted and a refund is requested, please be aware that shipping charges of INR 100 or INR 250 according to the weight slab will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Customers Who have ordered on Cash on Delivery and Paid a Convenience fee of ₹99, Please Note that it is a Non-refundable amount either if you have rejected the order on your doorstep or else if you cancelled the order.
