Shipping Policy – A2G Lifestyle

Thank you for shopping with A2G! We're committed to making sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read the following details to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


 Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email or whatsapp.


Shipping Types & Estimated Delivery Timelines

We offer two types of shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days

 

⚠️Express shipping - we will dispatch through the fastest available route (often via air), we do not guarantee exact delivery timelines, as these are managed by third-party courier services.

Unavoidable factors like weather disruptions, natural disasters, restricted zones, or courier delays may affect shipping. While we will always assist and coordinate to expedite delivery, A2G is not liable for such delays once the order is dispatched.

 

Courier Services & Delivery Responsibility

We partner with trusted third-party courier services like Blue Dart and Delhivery.

If your pin code is not serviceable by them, we will arrange shipment through India Post or another reliable domestic courier.

🔁 Note: For India Post shipments, only prepaid orders are accepted. COD is not available.

You will be informed during the confirmation call if this applies to your location.

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Non-Refundable Partial Payments

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the package is not accepted within these attempts or is canceled or refused by the customer, and the item is returned, any partial or upfront payment will not be refunded.

To have the product re-shipped, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee.
